Level 3 Introduction (Emotional Intelligence/Rechanneling)
Description: The daily challenge of dealing effectively with emotions is critical to the human condition because our brains are hard wired to give emotions the upper hand. They pass through your limbic system along the way – the place where emotions are produced. The communication between your emotional and rational “brains” is the physical source of emotional intelligence. We will work on four different emotional strategies throughout this out this curriculum which are Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship – Management. All the tools used in this book has come from Emotional Intelligence by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves.

The goal
By the end of this 8 weeks every person that completes the entire thing will become more proficient in understanding their own: Self- Awareness, Self – Management, and rechanneling strategies. The more that you become self – aware, have the ability to self – manage and emotionally rechanneling, the better you will improve on your social awareness, relationship management, and ability to use negative emotions for positive results. The one thing you will gain from this is being aware of your emotions and triggers that benefit and hinder you. I look forward to working with you these next 8 weeks. GOOD LUCK!!!!
