The PASS System is a transformational athlete and personal development program created by Discovered Training to help individuals strengthen their mindset, emotional intelligence, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness both on and off the court. The program is designed to develop the complete person mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually through intentional training, self-reflection, accountability, and practical life strategies.

Based on the principles from S.A.C.K.E.D.: Everything You Need to Achieve Greatness this level focuses on foundational mindset development, accountability, discipline, character, confidence, and learning how to respond to adversity with purpose.

Level 2 – Power of PROSPECTive
Inspired by Power of PROSPECTive: The Millionaire Mindset, this level focuses on perspective, leadership, vision, decision making, personal responsibility, and developing a winning mindset that creates success in sports, business, and life.

Level 3 – Emotional Intelligence & Emotional Rechanneling
This level focuses on emotional awareness, self-control, pressure management, performance anxiety, emotional rechanneling, self-talk, visualization, and learning how to use emotions as fuel instead of weakness.

Level 4 – Mental Toughness
This level teaches resilience, discipline, confidence, assertiveness, overcoming fear, handling criticism, consistency, preparation, burnout avoidance, and building championship habits that create long-term success.
